• submit malicious code or misleading information; or
• resell access or remove notices without written permission.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or legal compliance.

Content and third-party services

The service and its original content are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain rights in content you submit and grant us the limited permission needed to process it to provide the service. External sources, links, data, and service providers remain subject to their own terms and may change without notice.

Availability and disclaimers

We work to keep information useful and the service available, but do not promise that either will be complete, current, accurate, secure, or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Quick Market Roundup is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service or reliance on its content. Any remaining aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes and governing law

We may update the service or these terms. Material changes will be posted with a revised date. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without limiting consumer protections that apply in your province or territory.
