Quick Market Roundup provides market-intelligence reports and related tools. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
- Newsletter information: your email address and, when present in the link you followed, campaign parameters, landing-page URL, and referrer.
- Account information: your email address and the optional profile details you provide, such as name, role, region, and firm.
- Subscription information: plan and billing status. Stripe processes payment-card details; we do not store full card numbers.
- Service activity: authentication cookies, feature usage needed to enforce plan limits, and information you submit to interactive or AI-assisted tools.
How we use information
We use personal information to:
- deliver requested reports and service emails;
- operate accounts, subscriptions, and customer support;
- measure which campaigns lead to newsletter signups;
- protect the service from abuse and diagnose failures; and
- meet legal, security, and record-keeping obligations.
Service providers and international processing
We use service providers including Netlify for hosting, Supabase for authentication and data storage, Resend for email delivery, and Stripe for payments. When you use an AI-assisted feature, the content you submit may be processed by the AI provider used for that feature. These providers may process information outside Canada under their own security and privacy obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect the service or its users, or as part of a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards.
Cookies and campaign attribution
Essential cookies support sign-in and session security. Campaign parameters may be kept in browser session storage long enough to attribute a signup. The production site does not currently load a Reddit advertising pixel; this policy will be updated before any additional advertising or analytics technology is enabled.
Retention and safeguards
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, including legal, security, billing, and consent records. We use access controls, encrypted transport, and service-role restrictions, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, or withdraw consent where applicable, by emailing hello@quickmarketroundup.com. Some information may be retained where the law permits or requires it.
Children and policy changes
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Material policy changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
